What information we hold:

We hold personal information collated by the data controller and we are both the controller and the data processor.

We will safely store the information provided by you when booking a session. This includes but is not limited to: Name, Email, Phone, Details of special requirements, Billing Address. Payment details are used only by PayPal and we have no access to these.

We also safely store information from your visit including but not limited to CCTV recordings, photographs and your scores.

 

What is the information used for:

The information you provide will be held and used in accordance with the requirements of UK and European Data Protection Law. The processing of this information is lawful and only for the purposes engaged by our clients.

The booking information is purely for booking purposes, and getting in touch prior to your arrival. We may at times want to send you a tailored email should you get knocked off our high scores, for example. This is an option on the booking form which you can opt in to. Any photographs taken on the day will only be used for marketing purposes, and only if you have ticked the box on signing in to say you give consent for this.

 

Who the information is shared with:

The client engaging us, whom we would have received the raw data from originally. Your scores are the only thing we will ever share with anyone else – and these will be protected with code names anyway.

For employees HMRC and pension companies. Any delivery of information via the internet is password protected or through HMRC & pensions secure portals.

 

How long is the information held:

For client competition purposes as long as deemed necessary.  For accounting purposes, the period of years set by HMRC and then destroyed.

 

Rights of the individual:

The individual has the right to see the personal data we process about them and also the right of objection, rectification and erasure in some circumstances.

If, at any time, you would like to view the information we hold on you, please email us at gdpr@hoodarchery.com and we will reply within 28 days with attachments of all information we hold on you. Please include the date of your last visit in the email, and your full name, to help us ensure we send you all information held.

The individual has the right to make a complaint to the ICO.
